Stories of Faith: RTC | Empowering Women

“Leticia” completed financial literacy courses in March. She did not have a bank account. Since finishing the class, she contacted her former bank about getting a checking account. Because of her history banking there, she was required to work through an appeal process. Leticia made an appointment and wrote a letter to bank management entailing her recovery journey and future intentions. Her appeal was granted once she repaid past fees.

Leticia is now working full-time. She is working on her budget and ways to minimize spending. She realized the money she could save by purchasing a monthly bus pass rather than daily passes. She also recognized some inconsistencies on her credit score and is working through the dispute process.

He Brings New Life

The Door Stays Open

There are people in our community who feel lost, broken, and without anywhere to turn.

At Fresno Mission, they find something different—grace, dignity, and Christ-centered restoration.

Lives are being rebuilt. Faith is being restored. New life is beginning.

This Easter, you can help keep the door open for someone ready for change.
