We are incredibly grateful to Lithia & Driveway for their generous $10,000 community gift to Fresno Mission, made possible through the advocacy and support of our local partners at Lithia Nissan of Clovis, Lithia Ford of Fresno, Lithia Subaru of Fresno, and Lithia Hyundai of Fresno.
At Fresno Mission, just $25 provides one night of shelter. So, this gift will help provide approximately 400 nights of safe shelter for men, women, children, and families who need a place of refuge and a pathway forward.
One night can change everything.
For a child, it can mean falling asleep in a safe bed instead of wondering where they’ll spend the night. For a parent, it can mean peace of mind knowing their family is protected and cared for. For someone experiencing homelessness, a safe place to stay can be the first step toward recovery, employment, restored relationships, and renewed hope.

“People go hungry in our valley, and it’s easy to take a full plate for granted,” said Haladio Pacheco, General Manager of Lithia Nissan of Clovis. “Fresno Mission has done an excellent job with a model that works — a place where people in need can come and be treated with decency and respect. We’ve visited the Mission many times over the years and watched that model prove itself again and again. That’s why we support it, and why we’ll keep supporting it.”
That commitment goes beyond a check.
Lithia & Driveway team members have rolled up their sleeves alongside Fresno Mission staff and volunteers, serving in the CC’s Kitchen and walking alongside the community at One Table Fresno – an event that fed roughly 4,500 people last year with delicious steak meals, given new or gently used coats, and a thanksgiving meal at home.
Roger Silva, General Manager of Lithia Subaru of Fresno, echoed that hands-on commitment. “We support the Fresno Mission because we’ve seen firsthand the difference they make in our community,” he said. “Our team volunteers at the Mission every month, helping with meal preparation, so this is much more than a financial partnership for us. We’re proud to work alongside an organization that provides hope, dignity, and a path forward for people when they need it most.”
