Career Pathways

Connecting People to Purpose.

Career Pathways is a social enterprise program from Fresno Mission, which is designed to bridge the gap between people seeking meaningful employment and businesses needing reliable, skilled workers. What began as a career services initiative for program participants has grown into a community-wide resource, empowering individuals and building connections that transform lives.

More About Career Pathways

  • Career Services for Program Participants: Helping men and women in our programs transition into meaningful employment through training, coaching, and job placement.
  • Community Job Support: Expanding beyond our programs, we connect job seekers in the community with employment opportunities that fit their skills and goals.
  • Reliable Temp Staffing: Offering local businesses dependable workers while providing individuals with hands-on job experience.

Why Career Pathways?

  • Empowering Job Seekers: We help individuals build resumes, prepare for interviews, and connect with employment opportunities.
