Warming Center

The Warming Center provides a safe and warm environment for anyone when temperatures approach near freezing. It opens up yearly, approximately between December 1 and February 1, for anyone who does not have a safe, warm place to sleep. Those in need may come in for Chapel (although it is not mandatory), spend the night, and have breakfast. The chapel is converted into a warming center at 8:30 p.m.
